We want you to be completely satisfied with your EINS purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@einscosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@einscosmetics.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
